OUR MISSION & VISION

Our vision and mission is to help connect people to faith

The mission of the United Methodist Church Cameroon is to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. Local churches and extension ministries of the Church provide the most significant arenas through which disciple-making occurs.

Our Mission & Vision

Our mission is to help connect people to faith.

We do this by making disciples of Jesus Christ for the trans formation of the world by proclaiming the good news of God’s grace and by exemplifying Jesus’ command to love God and our neighbours, thus, seeking the fulfillment of God’s reign and realm in the world.

Our vision

Is to see transformational leaders cultivating passionate disciples of Jesus Christ in congregations with:

Passionate faith – shape mature and fearless disciples that others want to emulate.

Boundless hope -inspire positive vision of current and future ministry.

Courageous spirit – connect with the community through risk-taking, relevant mercy and justice ministries.

Transformational leadership – Difference-makers who transform people’s lives, the congregation and the community.
